This fabulous condo is located in The Princesa De Penasco Resort in Rocky Point, Mexico, on The Sea of Cortez. Nested on Sandy Beach, Puerto Penasco is famous for it's pristine beaches, fantasic night life and relaxing days filled with sun and marvelous scenery. This haven is an easy 50 minute drive from the US/Mexico border on a major highway. What a great break from the daily routine!

The Princesa De Penasco Resort is a gated Community, offering many ammenities such as swimming, water and beach sports, golf, boating, dinner cruises, casual and fine dining, beach combing, sun bathing, shopping, the list is seemingly endless. You can even rent a quad and hit the dunes! Come and enjoy all the amenities the resort and the area has to offer. Relax in any of the Jacuzzis, take a swim in one of the swimming pools or the ocean, enjoy beachside cocktails or take a nap. You can do as little or as much as you like.

Among other things, there are barbecue areas, a club house, gym, a very nice restaurant on site, a well stocked convenience store with movie rentals, a volleyball area, and of course the oh so beautiful Sandy Beach for all to enjoy. Rocky Point has festivals, tournaments, races, ralleys and other events that raise the bar on resort fun and relaxation.

Upon arrival, you immediately notice the beautiful ocean views, the people on the beach having the time of their lives and thinking you need to throw the luggage down and change into your suit so you can be out there with them. There is nothing like being around friendly, happy people who are loving the sun.

At dusk, the old pier lights up and the stars come out. Whether you dine in or out, stay in or hit the local hot spot, the possibilities for fun are endless as the night life heats up. Making new aquaintances or dancing, conversation to clubbing, there is something for everyone and every age.

In Mexico, culture is expressed through festivals, fiestas and celebrations all year round. There are an important number of cultural venues, theaters and open forums with demonstrations and performances that show the country's historic and cultural richness.

What about the weather? Come any time and enjoy! From January to May - 'Spring' - you can expect an average of 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit. From May to August - 'Summer' - you can expect 80 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. From August to Dec - 'Fall/Winter' - you can expect 60-75 an average degrees Fahrenheit, with intermintent rain more likely during this stretch of the year.
